Shipping
Once we’ve received confirmation of your payment, we’ll promptly process your order for shipment. Your items will be sent using reliable delivery services like Australia Post or trusted couriers. Deliveries are scheduled for Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm, excluding public holidays, in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.
Please ensure that all shipping details provided by the customer are accurate, as we are unable to change the delivery destination once the order has been dispatched.
For added security, our parcels are dispatched following the carrier’s terms and may require a signature upon delivery. In the event that there is no one available at the designated delivery address, both Australia Post and couriers may leave a parcel collection card or provide instructions for rescheduling the delivery.
Returns Policy
If you find it necessary to return a product to us, please reach out to our sales team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the original invoice date.
Products other than defective items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, free of labels, stickers, or any writing on the product box. For products believed to be defective, the manufacturer will conduct tests to determine eligibility for credit or exchange. Please note that Special Buy In items can only be refunded or exchanged if deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
Damage, Defects, and Loss in Transit
Should you have any concerns about damage, short deliveries, loss during transit, or defects, please report them within 10 working days from the date of receiving the invoice for that delivery or from the date of receiving the goods, whichever is later. Failure to report such issues within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of any related claims.
Our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to receive a replacement or refund for significant failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue doesn’t constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
