Shipping
Order processing
Once payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery partners
We use trusted New Zealand courier and freight services to deliver your order. Depending on the size and destination, this may include NZ Post, CourierPost, Aramex, or other reliable carriers.
Estimated delivery times
- Urban areas (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, etc.): 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Regional / rural areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
Signature on delivery
Some parcels may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier may leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location. For bulk or trade orders, contact us for a shipping quote.
Returns
Change of mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Products must not have labels, stickers, or writing on the packaging
- You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) from our team before sending items back
Change-of-mind returns are subject to a restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the goods. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or fault (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Short delivery or lost in transit
If items are missing from your order or your parcel does not arrive, please contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.

Please do not send items back without first obtaining a Return Authorisation Number (RA#).
Your rights under New Zealand law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Under this Act, you are entitled to:
- Products that are of acceptable quality
- Products that are fit for their intended purpose
- Products that match their description
If there is a major failure:
- You can choose a refund or replacement
If there is a minor failure:
- We may choose to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time
